Juan Morales from Ray and Son came to our home for our semi- annual maintenance inspection. Juan called and said that he was available before the scheduled time, which saved us some time. He checked our HVAC system, cleaned it, and made some recommendations based on his inspection. Juan recommended UV lights and cleaning of our vents, which we approved. Juan was very informative, personable, and hard working. We highly recommend him.

I called after our HVAC system completely shut down. Tyler responded extremely quickly, which was a huge relief. He was able to diagnose the issue in minutes—a broken fan motor. Within an hour of his arrival, the A/C was fixed, and our sweltering house was finally cool and comfortable again. 10/10 service, fast diagnosis, and a super-fast repair. I will definitely be using them again!

Rafael is a routine maintenance worker for my 3 floor storage facility, this guy and his team worked several days checking all of our countless ac units and providing me with expert advice on how to handle our system properly. 10 stars if I could.

Of course my a/c quit on the hottest Saturday ever! I called Ray & Sons because I saw them in the neighborhood a few times. Great customer service! Michael came over and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also gave us information about a maintenance program they offer. Amazing program that ensures your HVAC system is functioning properly year around and if there's an issue that needs maintenance, the service plan will lessen our out of pocket costs for parts and labor. It's peace of mind for me, knowing Ray and Sons will show up if I need them. Thanks Michael for softening the blow of the after hours service call cost!
