Our AC stopped working Saturday. Sunday morning I left a message expecting a call Monday. Alan texted me Sunday morning while he was on vacation and tried to walk me through some things that might be wrong. When we couldn’t resolve it, he got one of his guys, Slayton, to come out. Slayton figured out that a motor needed replacing within the air handler. He had one on the truck and had us up and running with in an hour. Outstanding service from these folks, from the start to the repair by the very professional and friendly Slayton, to the job cleanup. Highly recommend!

I will never use another HVAC company. Allen personally returned my call for AC help, and even after telling him I was unsure if I wanted a tech to come out or not, he still spent 30 mins on the phone with me, listening to me explain every detail in typical girl fashion & he provided extremely helpful feedback on the possible issues I was facing. He even taught me several things about my particular AC unit that I had no idea about. When I called him back & told him I did need someone to come out, he had Randy at my house within the hour. Randy was just as friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable as Allen, and their pricing was the best I’ve had in Valdosta. I did have to get a new fan motor, but I had no hesitations about the price he quoted me, and he got the job done so much faster than I expected. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
