Alex was the one who came out to our house. He was professional, quick, and also took the time to explain things in detail and depth and even answered questions about what certain things did. He worked quickly and efficently cleaning the coil and had all the tools needed to get things done with him. He came out fast showed up on time and took the time to take pictures as he went as well to help let us see what was going on to. Really appreciate all the hard word these people do.

Alex is very knowledgeable and was eager to explain and answer every question that I asked concerning my AC unit all with a positive attitude. We are so thankful we called the number on a truck we saw for Parker Services! Josh came out and diagnosed our old system and Jess was quick and efficient at quoting us a new system and securing our financing. Jared and the install crew were quick and very professional!! The representative, Jess, who came to the house was very professional and very helpful. She responded to all my requests and even made a few helpful suggestions of her own. At her recommendation, she voluntarily crawled under the house into the tiniest places to take pictures of the duct work. You've got to admire a woman in this line of work. We need more like her!

Great experience with Parker Services. We were having issues with our 5-year old HVAC system cooling our house. I called Parker Services in the afternoon, who responded the following morning. The Service Tech, Alex, did a great job of inspecting our system and explaining the multiple issues that were causing the problems. He showed me photos and videos while explaining how these issues were negativity impacting our HVAC’s performance. Alex fixed some of them that moment, but had to return first thing the following morning to address the others. All and all, we have a positive experience with Parker and have signed up for their routine maintenance service program to avoid issues in the future.
