I purchased a new heat pump from Sterling Service of FL and couldn’t be happier! From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. I got several estimates to replace my old unit and Sterling was the most informative, communicative, and responsive. Tristan came to provide the estimate and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. Once I chose Sterling, they quickly scheduled the install and kept me updated. Tirell and Miguel were amazing with installation! They did a great job, were super friendly, and professional! I highly recommend Sterling!

Sterling has done a few things around our home since we moved here in 2021. The service has always been exceptional. Today we had a new home hvac system installed and Miguel & Tirell were polite, very professional, worked cleanly & efficiently. They made sure we didn’t have any questions before leaving & were respectful of our home. There is no question we will use and recommend Sterling again and again!

I hired Sterling Service to clean my air ducts and blow out my dryer vent. The technician Miguel was very knowledgeable, kind and tidy. He took his time and was very meticulous when cleaning my ducts. He took before and after photos of all my ducts and periodically showed me the photos! I could tell Miguel takes pride in his work. I also loved the fact that he used his own shoe covers (without me asking) and before moving his drop cloth to another vent he would carefully gather it and shake off the debris outside. He even took the time after completing the initial job to answer questions I had about a future smart thermostat purchase. I have already recommended Sterling to my mother and sister for a vent cleaning next week!
