I want to share my very good experience about Mr Philip at O&H Heating & A/C. I could not ask for better service or the professional office staff. They truly cared about me being without heat and took care of it as soon as parts came. Thank you very much! It truly means a lot to know they care.

Phillip and his crew are top notch! Not many owners of companies are actually on-site to represent their brand, but Phillip was for the entire job to ensure the flawless installation. Very professional and trustworthy company, highly recommend!

The entire staff at O&H is amazing. From the time I call and talk to Cassy to the time Phill or Will comes to repair the problem, they are all absolutely amazing. I won't use anyone but O&H.

Our A/C unit quit on Friday evening of Memorial Day weekend. Cassie returned my call within minutes and had us check a few things before they came out. We decided to wait until the next day to see if the unit was just frozen. Cassie text me the next morning to check on things. I let her know it still wasn’t working and Philip was at our house within minutes. Unfortunately our motor was out and he did not have one on hand so we would have to wait until Tuesday to get the part. However Philip made some calls and was back at our house within half an hour with the part. We are so thankful for the prompt and friendly service on a holiday weekend!
