We had a problem with the ac unit icing up. I called Rose City Air, and a tech, Cameron, showed up with in a half hour. He explained everything to us in understandable terms. I was impressed with the professionalism that he displayed. I would recommend this company any time. .

When another company had been out, and after over half an hour could not identify the problem with my heat pump, and it failed again, Jonathan identified the problem within 5 minutes and fixed it before these cold nights. Called Rose City Air looking for a reliable company to service our HVAC system. Danielle sent a team over in just a few hours to look the system over and set us up with their maintenance plan. Really excellent customer service !

I have used them for AC repairs and when our unit finally died, they were quick to get us quotes and then install the unit! Wouldn’t call anyone else for AC problems! Every time we have called they have arrived promptly and were always super friendly!

I wanted to HIGHLY recommend Rose City Air. They have been AMAZING since the first day they installed our unit several years ago. They come twice a year for maintenance, and their tech guys that do it are AWESOME! Cameron is the one that came today. He is a young man that has impeccable manners, extremely professional, and informs you of everything he will be doing. As well as Cameron, the receptionist, (she told me her name twice and now it escapes me),was also extremely professional and warm and personal. In today’s society it is very hard to find those qualities in personnel.
