Today was no different- I hired Main to clean my personal home and Daniel showed up on time, listened to my concerns, cleaned several carpeted rooms, cleaned the grout on tile floor bathrooms and laundry room and even cleaned some upholstered chairs for me as a last minute request. Great! The owner always answers and his workers are always on time, professional and friendly at the same time! Prices are the most reasonable in Tallahassee and he gets the job done. Writing this a year later, but it was important that I write this review. If you’re in between them and another company, go with them because their service and work product is exceptional. A tech (Dean) came to my place to clean an area rug. I felt the rug could’ve been more clean, but it was clean enough for me to not mention it directly. Without me directly saying so—the tech saw that I was not completely happy with the cleaning and let their team know. The owner (Jay) personally called me and let me know if I wasn’t happy with the first cleaning, he would come pick up the large rug from my place and clean it at their location then bring it back—all for free. The owner picked up the rug when he said he would and returned it when he said he would—it was a pretty quick turnaround too. To me, that is going the extra mile to make sure your customer is happy with the service and work product. When the owner brought it back, the rug looked amazing, and it still looks good today. Having good staff to read the room on customer satisfaction and take initiative to report it, paired with owners/teams who go the extra mile by following up and delivering on their word—that is the cornerstone of good customer service!
