Brooke always goes above and beyond and always has a perfect customer service attitude! Even when I have to call him 5 times in a row to change my order, he jokes and has fun with me and all his customers! Brooke is the reason I'll never shop anywhere else for HVAC. Gonna miss ya bud. Been doing business with Johnstone for over 10 years Had a women who is the manager do everything she could not to sell to me because of my race after placing a big order and picking up at the end of the day. She went above and beyond to do 45 minutes of research and verification just to not sell me the material and it appears she had my account shut down. I’m sure she doesn’t treat people of her race like that. Will be filing a corporate complaint.
