Have to give them a shoutout. J, did a great job of communicating with us the entire time and made sure that we received our part free from our warranty. He hustled and rushed because we literally had 5 days left before warranty was due to expire. I’m so thankful God made this connection‼️

My HVAC system was not blowing cold air and the downstairs thermostat was not receiving sufficient power. John's skills as an HVAC repairman and an Electrician really came in handy to fix my system. He was able to check wires, replace my bad circuit breaker, and repair my HVAC system. He took his time in checking things to make sure the system was functioning properly. He did an excellent job. I will definitely call him again if I have additional problems. I was happy to learn that he does remodeling so I will call him when I am ready to have bookshelves installed.

Truly first class service by the most competent, dedicated, hardworking team of HVAC professionals I've met. They drove out to Valdosta in the early morning to work hour after hour in our attic in the 95+ degree wet Georgia heat. Any time I looked out my window or went to check on their progress, they were working. Not hanging out, not sitting in their truck on the phone, or any other typical nonsense I tend to see with service providers. Nope. They were hard-jobbing it out. They removed our old AC unit, heater, air handler and thermostat, and replaced it with a heat pump and all the trimmings - all in a single (long) day. And at the end of this long, ridiculously hot day of hard work, they had the courtesy and professionalism to clean up after themselves. These young men are a credit to their company and their profession, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

They are very dependable. My air condition motor stop working. It was 90 degrees in my house. After a long day of work, they made sure my air condition gotten fix. They came after 7pm to fix my unit because they didn't want me to sleep another night hot. GOD BLESS J&J HEATING AND AIR CONDITION.

AC went out and they got right out here and handled the situation promptly and professionally. Very little downtime which is big in the hot summer heat! Will definitely use J&J’s services next time they’re needed!
