General Heating and Air

Saw that their former Google page may have been replaced with another company from California. So here’s my review from 2023: We have cold air again, yay! 😄🙌🏾 We’ve gotten our upstairs and downstairs HVAC units replaced by this company (downstairs in 2021, and upstairs 2023) and if there is anything higher than Excellent service and beyond - it would definitely describe General Heating & Air! The service has been consistent, genuine and sincere and that’s something that sets them apart, for us. They have never tried to upsale us for any product or service and they answered every question we had throughout the entire process! The service techs and office staff are professional, knowledgeable, super kind, respectful & truly care about their customers. I highly recommend General Heating & Air in Cairo, GA for any HVAC need!
