Our air went down at the start of the Labor day weekend at 11pm. Bring the Cool got a technician out after the holiday. Jonathan was awesome. He was respectful of the property, very knowledgeable and great attitude. Thank you Jonathon for explaining what had gone wrong with our system and getting fixed as fast as you could. Price was great because our home warranty covered the repairs.

My experience went well with Bring The Cool. Matt showed up before the scheduled time, was quick, and very professional. He replaced any parts and fixed any issues he saw fit. Hopefully when I return home from work today, my home will be cool ☺️

Absolutely the company to call in this area. I have never had the response from any contractor in this area. Quoted on Monday, installed on Friday. I cannot say enough about this company.

My AC went out and on April 18th bring the cool came out and guy told me it was my Coil and I had to wait for that part to come in So bring the cool sent out another Guy Cornelius he said that it wasn't leaking from the outside that it was my Coil in my furnace, so he came back to My house to fix it now if something is new it's in a box, But he brought one in My house out of the box,so I asked him where's the box that it came in, his words were I took it out of the box before I got to your house,so he put that in and still no Air, So he came over July 3rd talking about I want to finish fixing your unit, I'm like No because I'm still going to have a leak,So they sent Jonathan to My house July 16th he found the problem right away IT Was outside with My Unit he talked to me and let me know what it was and pointed it out and even let me feel where the leak was. He tested it did the air pressure test To see if it was leaking once he fixed it it wasn't he showed it to me on the meter thing that he had the pressure was holding so I have really had an experience with these people It really hasn't been a good one because I've been waiting since April for my AC and it's a shame that they try to give you the runaround and tell you it's one thing and it's totally something else but Jonathan was good he came right in and did got the job done but like I said I will see you in the morning see if I still have air because at this point I really don't trust these people or I should say some of the people that they sent out to your house and not being honest WELL GUESS WHAT IT'S STILL NOT FIXED
