ABC Maintenance Service, LLC

The air conditioning unit at my business stopped working. Our office building is large and we live in Florida, so I did not realize that the until had stopped working. It was 4 o'clock when I started calling around, hoping someone could still come that day but (realistically) expecting everyone to tell me it would be the next day before they could send someone out. ABC Maintenance was able to get to someone out there before 5:00 that day. They worked on the unit and seen that it had to have a part. I was worried that we were going to be without ac the next day, but by 9am they had already gotten the part and had their servicemen working on it. They had us back up and running within an hour. When I received the bill, I was expecting to see a charge or a surcharge for an after hours fee or something, but they didn't upcharge me anything (and their guy was there past 7pm). These guys are quick to respond and went above and beyond to get the air at my office fixed. Their servicemen were friendly and professional (5 stars just for the patience they had when they were explaining what was broken to me). Great communication, from start to finish. They called a week later just to check and make sure everything was still working. Our air conditioner has continued working great ever since. When it's time to upgrade our until, I am definitely calling them! Highly recommend! 👌

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!! They all are so super nice, knowledgeable, polite and so helpful. So my AC went out and so I called them at 5:38 pm and they were pulling in my driveway at 5:58 pm and by 6:40 pm they had already found out what was wrong and fixed the problem. I know this will not always happen like this but I am so great full they were able to come out and fix it so fast! ABC Maintenance is HIGHLY RECOMMEND by my family!!

I can’t say enough about the company and their staff. They are ALWAYS responsive to my needs and very accommodating. They keep me and my family cool…even during post hurricane outages. Misty, Carl, and their staffs are amazing!

We call they show up, fair reasonable prices and speedy service. We will absolutely use again and you should too.

Charged for a new fan motor. Failed in 4 days. I do not recommend!
