This team is great! Kudos to Ethan, Jason, and Troy! Job well done!!! Troy came to my mom’s about a week ago and he was super nice, and very professional. My mom (who is 81 years old) felt very comfortable around him and he was very courteous to her. Yesterday, Ethan and Jason came out to do maintenance on the unit, and just minutes before they arrived, a Fedex truck has raced up into the yard and ran over and broke a water line leaving it with water gushing everywhere! The driver drove off with not a word about the line! My mom was able to shut off the valve, but my husband and I could not get out there for a while. Ethan and Jason repaired that water line for my mom, and were able to get the unit washed out! They were super nice and very professional! They seemed to love their job!!! We are so happy they are able to come out from Cairo to Northwest Decatur County to service the unit for mom!!! If you need AC repair call Parkers!! They are the best!!!!

Called Parker’s and within a couple hours Troy was sent out, to fix our air! Very nice guy and knowledgeable! He had our air working again in no time! Next time we need someone we will request Troy! Thanks again to all of you! Highly recommend!!!!

Josh, Ethan, and Frog came to my house today, and installed a new ac unit. They were very professional, answered any questions we had and cleaned up when they left and hauled away my dinosaur of an ac unit. My house is warm now. Thanks guys. Y’all are awesome.

I've called them before. And I was actually impressed on how fast they diagnosed and repaired the issue. So I called them again and same thing he arrived fast, got out walked over, took some panels off and within a couple checks knew exactly what was wrong. Walked to the van got the part replaced it.... done and I was enjoying the cool air again. I will recommend this company to everyone.

To begin with - I contacted another provider and just felt like I was being gouged with the price. I spoke with Archie Parker abd explained what was happening- he came out provided a free estimate of what I needed and guess what? It was about a third of the other guy! Then Josh and his team came and disconnected the old AC unit and replaced with the new one. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property. Josh made sure all my questions were answered and told me to give them a call if I think of anything. I am just beyond happy with Parker’s Heating & Cooling! My neighbor suggested I call and I’m so glad I did. All I can say is you will not be disappointed with their service or price. Fair and honest, what more can you ask for. Thank you!
