Crump Heating and Air

I want to thank Michael and his dad for helping me out. My gas heater was not working, Mr Michael Crump came to check it out and got me back up and working. As this was my only source of heating in my home and with the temperature dropping at night in the 20's. I have heat because of Crump Air & Heating. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again guys for all your help.

I worked with Crump Heating and Air for a few months to figure out what the best options would be (HVAC unit or ductless unit) after the last Hurricane. We had a set budget, which require me to call several times for quotes. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Customer service over the phone was amazing, thank you Mikie! We decided on ductless units, Mikie was able to work with my schedule to get them installed. The crew that came out to install the units were very professional. I had a 9 month old and they were very understanding and considerate always making sure they didn't drop anything. It took 2 days to install 3 ductless units. The house is now a perfect temp, minimal humidity, and sooo very quiet. We could not be more pleased with our decision to use Crump Heating and Air. Highly recommend.

6/23/2005 Monday morning. A/C went on the blink. Outside unit not turning on and or cooling house. Called Crump A/C upon opening at 8 a.m. Denise took information (what's wrong; address; phone etc). Stated Technician would call me shortly. Within 2 hours Ethan Crump (Technician) called and was on his way for repairs. In less than 2 hours, Ethan replaced a capacitor on unit and performed maintenance on outside/inside unit. Unit back up and running proficiently and have thermostat set a 75 deg and it's cold in the house. Usually run at 77 deg with extreme hot weather outside currently. AWESOME Service by Denise and Outstanding Technician service by Ethan Crump. WELL DONE CRUMP Heating & Air. Been with this Company about 15 years now. They never disappoint and provide Excellent, Timely and Quality Service

Gave them a call. They came out with the first tech he said it could be done. Second guy apparently the owner said it couldn't be done or none the duct work could be ran house was to low. Called another company and it's already installed. If they didn't want to do the job could have respectfully said that. Wasted 3 weeks talking back in forth when I could have gotten it done sooner!!! If you have a small crawl space chances are they will not do it!
