First rate attention to detail. Ian Was friendly and polite, and checked out everything we were supposed to do in the maintenance visit. He showed me what he was doing. I was impressed by his patience in his work ethic.

I credit the good condition of my AC unit to Josh. He takes excellent care of all its parts. He is always on time, polite and attentive to his work. I trust him and his advice Very professional. Strongly recommend.

After not having a service contract for a couple of years on my AC / heating I renewed with Bensons. Service Tech Ray was professional and polite. Arrived at the time stated and was thorough in checking the units.

Brandon is the best!! He arrived not long after I made the call for help. Brandon took time to explain the problem with our unit, what was needed and he explained why it had this problem. We asked for a repairman late yesterday and he arrived quickly. Early this morning he arrived with the new motor for our unit and now have heat in our home once again. We were so impressed with Brandon and will be asking for him if and when we ever have another problem with our heating & air unit. Brandon was very informative, took the time to explain the process and answered every question we had. He is just wonderful and because of Brandon, we will continue to use Benson’s Heating & Air for all our needs because we trust Brandon, we trust Benson’s. I would like to thank Casey for a job well done. He arrived with a smile on his face, and as I explain the problem; he listened very carefully prior to working on the unit. He was detailed and conducted a thorough inspection prior to replacing the necessary part. Mr. Benson, Casey is an asset to your business.
