My parents are in their late 80s and somehow their thermostat was switched over to fan only. The service fellow switched it back to heat. All is good. Thank You! I would recommend Air Control to everyone!!!

I’ve been with Air Control for a couple of years, even before I had them install my system, and they’ve never let me down. Their service has always been reliable, and their customer care is top-notch. Most recently, Scott Oliver came out to service my AC and went above and beyond. He didn’t just fix a serious issue—he was thorough, professional, and even made sure I had a fresh air filter installed before he left. That kind of attention to detail and dedication is exactly why I continue to trust Air Control.

I have used Air Control for many years now, and have always been satisfied. I have them come for maintenance in the fall season to get me ready for winter and then again I have them come back in the spring for maintenance to get me ready for the hot summer months ahead. They are professional and reliable. My husband and I learned many years ago that maintenance on the AC and heating unit is well worth it and we feel we get more years of service out of the unit as a result.

If their “service” is anything like their driving skills I advise folks to stay far, far away. I just witnessed one of their trucks (number 12) run not one, not two, but THREE red lights in the span of five minutes. These are large vehicles that obviously should not be driven recklessly, especially in dense pedestrian areas, which this was. (Franklin Ave.) I will definitely let folks know to avoid this company whose staff obviously to not care about Tallahassee, driving rules, or our community members.
