AC went out on me while I was out of town. My neighbor recommended that I call Air-Con so I gave them a call. Person on the phone was very friendly and said a tech would be over asap. The tech (Bailey) showed up around 1800 and within 15-20 minutes diagnosed the issue and had me up and running in no time. Highly recommend these folks! I called at 9:15 on a Saturday morning and the technician was here before noon. The rate for a Saturday was very reasonable. He was quick to diagnose and repair the issue, and he was super friendly. Highly recommend!!

My A/C stopped cooling in the middle of the night so I called them first thing in the AM. I told them what I thought the problem was, they said it was a simple repair and they would send a tech over on the way to another job. 45 min. later and my A/C is repaired, no upsell, no messing around just fixed. I'm not missing an entire day of work sitting around waiting for someone to show up. The customer service on both ends was superb and the cost was very reasonable. I realize that I lucked out with having an easy fix with my location being on the way to another call but I have to give them the credit for making it so easy.

Doesn’t stand by the equipment they install. Wants to charge me 1000$ to repair a system they installed 2 years ago which had a bad compressor since day one.
